Things to Improve Your Physical Health

    Daily

  • Drink more water
  • Walk more
  • Eat healthier: eat more natural and raw foods, cut back on fried foods (e.g., substitute carrot sticks for fries or chips), switch to lower fat versions, cut down on sodas
  • Brush your teeth
  • Get enough sleep
  • Weekly

  • Exercise on a regular basis
  • Take at least an hour of quiet time for yourself
  • Yearly

  • See a dentist regularly: poor oral hygiene can seriously impact your health!
  • Get an annual physical
  • Take a vacation from work (of any kind)
