Things to Improve Your Physical Health
Daily
- Drink more water
- Walk more
- Eat healthier: eat more natural and raw foods, cut back on fried foods (e.g.,
substitute carrot sticks for fries or chips), switch to lower fat versions, cut down on sodas
- Brush your teeth
- Get enough sleep

- Exercise on a regular basis
- Take at least an hour of quiet time for yourself

- See a dentist regularly: poor oral hygiene can seriously impact your health!
- Get an annual physical
- Take a vacation from work (of any kind)
